Amethyst is a finely crafted Cape Blend of the noble cultivars, Shiraz, Pinotage and Cabernet Sauvignon. These cultivars were all individually barrel matured for 24 months. Ready to be enjoyed now, the wine will also age very well.
Tourmaline is a creamy, barrel fermented Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier blend. This wine is a true reflection of the Swartland terroir and will be best enjoyed with a meal of poultry, seafood or light pastas.
Dark ruby with floral and violet fragrances, spice and dark chocolate aromas. Rich and full with berry and plum flavour with soft tannins. This young, fruity, all-rounder will be the perfect match for a meal of slow cooked lamb shank, smokey cured beef or dishes with a plum compote.

The Swartland have the perfect terroir for the cultivation of Chenin Blanc. Golden hued and full-bodied with dried apricot, vanilla and honey on the nose. Harmonious balance between fruit and oak flavours.
